Overview
A heavy-duty enclosed track conveyor chain that uses a two-wheel, load-dispersing configuration to reduce the load on each bearing. The horizontal and vertical wheels share the chain tension evenly through curves, which also extends track life.
The cross joints are forged alloy steel and interlock with the chain links without added fittings such as cotter pins, so no connecting parts can work loose. The chain is carbon steel, heat treated for flexible steering, tensile strength and load capacity, and both wheels use purpose-designed bearings.
